Gibela, in collaboration with its training implementation partner, ITS Education and Training Institute, invites
unemployed South Africans in the Kwa Thema, Tsakane, Duduza and immediate surrounding areas to apply for
the following sponsored apprenticeship programmes.
Apprenticeships will be available to all unemployed South Africans residing in the above mentioned areas, who are seeking apprenticeship training in the following fields:
• Welding
• Electrical
• Boilermaking
• Fitting and Turning
Purpose of the Apprenticeships:
The purpose of the programmes is to enable learners to develop competencies in a range of knowledge and skills of the industry and operate within the legislative, safety and quality systems, which govern the workplace in at least one of the above mentioned streams.
Applicants must have an N2 Engineering or NCV (Level 4) Engineering Qualification.
Duration: 3 Years
